Shelly Allen  with a B.A in Psychology and a Master Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from Cappella University. For over twenty years Shelly has worked in the Human Service as a Social Worker, Licensing Foster Care Specialist and Therapist.

During this time, she had the opportunity to help young ladies to become women of purpose by teaching them to value themselves and providing them with the life skills necessary to advance in their purpose. 

After twenty years of serving the underprivileged population, she changed paths and started working with adults with mentally health disorders, physical health challenges and substance abuse for the Oakland County Area in Michigan.

Shelly is currently working with individuals and families in the Atlanta area. Individuals dealing with depression and many other mental health issues, while counseling families dealing with relational challenges and parents who have children with behavioral issues

TC Allen has a passion to build strong families and help people from all walks of life, get on the road to their Destiny by encouraging them to find their own passion, helping them understand their purpose and teaching them how to maximize their potential.

As a result of this passion he established The Singles Clinic, a ministry to help Singles navigate through their relationships before they say "I'm In Love", Engaged Couples to know their mate before they say "I Do" and Married Couples build a Strong and Healthy Marriage before they say "I'm Done". 

TC Allen has a gift to help people with relationships, communication, relational healing, conflict resolution and changing ones perspective.  

As a Ordained Pastor and Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker of the John C. Maxwell TEAM, TC Allen has coached and counseled both men and women for over two decades and has been successful in helping them realize the greatness that lies within them.
